Intake

Meet us over Zoom (or in person, if you’re local!) for a question-packed intake where we offer a ton of insights and clarify every point of your event, brand, and budget. Once done, we’re all on the same page.

Plans

Our engineers develop structural plans for your exhibit, and present a number of unique styles based on all we learned during intake. Here, as everywhere, we inform your decision—but don’t make it for you.

Mockups

We collect a small fee toward design, and produce fully custom sketches with multiple angles, elevations, and 3D renders. We also share our Little Purple Book™ of ideas, checklists, resources, venue rules, and more.

Estimate

With structural designs confirmed, we present a full estimate covering every penny across manufacture, printing, 2-way shipping, drayage, setup and breakdown, venue fees, furniture rentals, flooring, and all else.

Designs

At this point, we collect an official 50% project fee, and begin the process of designing your exhibit’s fabrics and visual components. This is where your brand’s full expression is superimposed over the structural display.

Manufacture

With designs approved, manufacture begins. We provide you with constant updates, and set you up in our client dashboard for all production details, real time updates, show organizer notes, exhibit dates, and more.

Staging

Before it ships, you get to see your exhibit in action. We set it up in full working order on the manufacturing floor, and send you photos and videos from all angles. We then ship it to you, to your local storage, or to the venue.

Setup

On the event’s official setup day, our field team assembles your exhibit, tests all functions, and provides you visual proof. So you get to show up like a king, attract the right clients, and enjoy everything the event has to offer.

Teardown

With a successful show over, you can simply waltz away. Our field team handles the teardown, repackaging, and debris removal. We can even ship the exhibit around from show to show based on your schedule.

We worry about every last detail, including venue rules, rentals, shipping and more.

For a fee, we can safely store your exhibit and accessories until the next event.
