SHOW SNAPSHOT
  Dates: April 7–10, 2027; exhibit hall April 7–9
  Venue: America's Center Convention Complex, Halls 3 and 4
  Audience: Clinical audiologists, practice owners, researchers, educators and students
  Height and sound limits: 8 ft linear, 20 ft island, 70 dB maximum measured every show day
  Freight and move-in: Freeman advance warehouse March 1–26; move-in April 5–6; show-ready 3:00 pm April 7

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Late January 2027 — Design sign-off; island drawings and any rigging plan submitted to Freeman for the 60-day deadline.
  February 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; graphics proofed with your devices in hand and the demo audio tested for the 70 dB cap.
  March 1–26, 2027 — Crated booth ships to the Freeman advance warehouse at 8500 Hall Street, St. Louis.
  April 5–7, 2027 — Move-in; our project manager and St. Louis labor install, test every station and hand over before the 3:00 pm Wednesday show-ready call.
  April 7–9, 2027 — Exhibit hall open, Wednesday 4:00–7:30 pm, Thursday 11:30 am–6:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am–1:00 pm; a Purple project manager is on call.
  April 9–10, 2027 — Dismantle from 1:00 pm Friday, all out by 3:00 pm Saturday; devices packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send your booth number, hall and footprint from the AAA space contract
  [ ] List every device, accessory and diagnostic unit with dimensions, weights and power needs
  [ ] Decide which demos run in the open booth and which need a screened listening station
  [ ] Choose the fitting or practice software scenario for the shared screen
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, device photography and any captioned video
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, lighting plan and sound layout for the 70 dB rule
  [ ] Book rooms through Maritz Global Events in the Academy block near America's Center
  [ ] Plan sample security, charging and the return of demo stock after Friday's 1:00 pm close
