  Audience: Neurosurgeons, residents, fellows, medical students and allied health professionals
  Installation and dismantle window: April 5–12, 2027
  Booth unit: 10×10 booths, each with three complimentary exhibitor badges

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Late January 2027 — Design sign-off; equipment inventory with weights and clearances locked, island drawings submitted where required.
  February 2027 — Production in Purple's shop; graphics proofed against your product photography and approved demo content.
  Mid-March 2027 — Booth, fixtures and equipment cases ship to the advance warehouse for San Diego.
  April 5–8, 2027 — Targeted move-in inside the April 5–12 installation window; Purple's Southern California crew installs and runs demo checks before the hall opens on April 9.
  April 9–11, 2027 — Exhibit hall open; a Purple project manager is on call through the last exhibit day.
  April 11–12, 2027 — Dismantle after the hall closes, out within the organizer's April 12 deadline; equipment packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send Purple your booth number, footprint and position on the AANS floor plan
  [ ] List every piece of equipment with dimensions, weight, power draw and clearance
  [ ] Choose the one system or product family the demo must explain first
  [ ] Approve demo datasets and screen content with no identifiable patient information
  [ ] Decide between private meeting space inside the booth and a consultation corner on the aisle
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, product photography and approved literature to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, lighting plan and screen hierarchy
  [ ] Book OnPeak housing before March 4, 2027 and set staff rotation for all three exhibit days
