  Show hours: 7:30 am to 4 pm Wednesday and Thursday, 7:30 am to 1 pm Friday

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  By March 1, 2027 — Design sign-off; island drawings and any fire-plan package submitted.
  March 2027 — Production; graphics proofed against your packaging and brand palette.
  Week of April 19, 2027 — Booth, fixtures and demo products ship to Fern's advance warehouse in Las Vegas.
  Week of May 10, 2027 — Move-in at Mandalay Bay; Purple's Las Vegas crew installs and runs the pre-show checklist.
  May 12–14, 2027 — Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
  May 14–15, 2027 — Dismantle after the Friday 1 pm close, samples packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Pull your booth number, hall and open sides from the ABC contract
  [ ] List every full-size product you will demo, with dimensions and weights
  [ ] Write the stroller or car seat handling and reset sequence with your product team
  [ ] Choose the nursery pieces for the vignette and the finishes for the sample library
  [ ] Send logo, packaging artwork and lifestyle photography to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering and the lighting plan
  [ ] Book rooms in the Mandalay Bay block or at Luxor on the tram
  [ ] Plan Friday restock and the return or donation of samples after the 1 pm close
