  Exhibit hall hours: Thursday and Friday 10:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  November 2, 2026 — Priority point deadline; we help you pick the right spot on the Hall GHJ floor plan and file the contract with the 50% deposit.
  January 2027 — Design sign-off; the Exhibitor Service Manual is released and we place the Freeman orders for carpet, electrical and material handling.
  February 25, 2027 — Island schematics, EDC authorization and booth activity forms filed with ACP; production runs in Fishkill, NY or Las Vegas, NV.
  Late March 2027 — Booth, counters and demo hardware ship to the Freeman advance warehouse in Anaheim.
  April 12–14, 2027 — Move-in; our crew installs, with carpet down before the Wednesday 4:00 p.m. deadline and a pre-show QA before you land.
  April 15–19, 2027 — Show days Thursday to Saturday 1:30 p.m., dismantle through Monday noon, freight out on your return plan.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send us your booth number and footprint from the ACP contract and the Hall GHJ floor plan
  [ ] List every product, device and screen for the demo stations with dimensions and power needs
  [ ] Send approved clinical claims, generic names and the medical affairs pack for graphic proofing
  [ ] Decide which demos will run in the booth so the Booth Activities form is filed before February 25
  [ ] Choose giveaways under $10 and any raffle prize under $300 for ACP approval
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
  [ ] Book rooms in the ACP block before March 18, ideally at the JW Marriott at LA Live
  [ ] Set the lead retrieval fields: practice setting, specialty and requested follow-up
