TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Early March 2027 — Design sign-off with the display vehicle envelope and island drawings submitted where required.
  March to April 2027 — Production in Purple's shop; graphics proofed against your vehicle livery and product photography.
  Late April 2027 — Booth, plinths and component fixtures ship to the Las Vegas advance warehouse.
  Mid-May 2027 — Targeted move-in; vehicle spotted first, then Purple's Las Vegas crew installs and runs the pre-show checklist.
  May 18–19, 2027 — Expo days; a Purple project manager is on the floor for the whole run.
  May 19–20, 2027 — Dismantle after the hall closes, vehicle released to your transporter, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Pull the booth number and footprint from the ACT Expo contract
  [ ] Send the display vehicle make, model, dimensions, weight and which side shows the feature
  [ ] List charging or fueling hardware to display and its plinth dimensions
  [ ] Decide which fleet software scenario runs on the demo screen
  [ ] Name the partners in a joint exhibit and what each one shows
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, livery files and product photography to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, lighting plan and hanging sign
  [ ] Book crew and staff rooms at the Renaissance or the Westgate
