  Dates: April 15–18, 2027; exhibits April 16–18
  Venue: Miami Beach Convention Center, Halls A–D, 1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach
  Audience: Board-certified aesthetic plastic surgeons, practice owners and their clinical and business staff
  Freight: West docks off Convention Center Drive; planning rate about $170 per hundredweight
  Hotels: Loews (12-minute walk) and Fontainebleau carry the big blocks until the Grand Hyatt on campus opens in November 2027

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Early February 2027 — Design sign-off; island drawings and any covered-structure package prepared for Miami Beach Fire Prevention.
  February to March 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; device plinths test-fitted to your actual units and graphics proofed against your finishes.
  Late March 2027 — Booth ships to the show contractor's advance warehouse with margin for causeway and marshaling time.
  Mid-April 2027, the days before the floor opens — Target move-in through the west docks; our project manager and Miami crew install and run the pre-show checklist.
  April 16–18, 2027 — Exhibit days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
  April 18, 2027 — Dismantle after the hall closes; EMPTY stickers, MHA filed, devices packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send Purple your booth number, footprint and whether it is inline, corner or island
  [ ] List every device with dimensions, weight, power draw and operator clearance
  [ ] Decide which units are display-only and which run live demonstrations
  [ ] Note each product's FDA status so any required signage is designed in
  [ ] Choose the hero device and the companion skincare or injectable range
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette and approved clinical imagery
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering and the lighting test on your real finishes
  [ ] Book rooms in the Loews or Fontainebleau block and flights into MIA or FLL
