  Audience: Plant managers, process and maintenance engineers, mill operators, purchasing and R&D teams from steel producers

  Co-located: AIST Technology Conference, with hundreds of technical presentations across the steelmaking process

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Mid-February 2027 — Design sign-off; island drawings prepared against the AIST Standard Booth Guidelines.
  March 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; plinths load-tested against your component weights.
  Early April 2027 — Fern orders filed; booth and fixtures ship to the Fern advance warehouse.
  Late April 2027 — Targeted move-in; Purple's Nashville crew installs, levels the component and runs the pre-show checklist.
  May 3–5, 2027 — Show days; a Purple project manager is on call from opening Monday through the Wednesday close.
  May 5–6, 2027 — Dismantle after the hall closes, component recrated, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send us your booth number, hall position and footprint from the AIST contract
  [ ] List each display component's dimensions, weight, lift points and finish
  [ ] Choose the hero part and the process stage the graphic will highlight
  [ ] Decide whether a controls demo runs live, and clear the demonstration dataset
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette and plant photography to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, plinth engineering and lighting plan
  [ ] Register booth staff with AIST and book Nashville housing early
  [ ] Plan spare samples, literature and the return shipping route
