[ ] Check the booked booth and current ALOA exhibitor documentation.
[ ] Choose the applications each display will represent.
[ ] Create a complete inventory of hardware, fixtures, screens and accessories.
[ ] Obtain approved mounting and demonstration requirements from product owners.
[ ] Review each comparison claim against current product documentation.
[ ] Prepare demonstration credentials and clearly fictional sample data where needed.
[ ] Define staff-supervised handling for tools and demonstration units.
[ ] Test the assembled fixtures and presentations before shipping.
[ ] Document packing, setup responsibilities and replacement components.
[ ] Agree how technical, training and commercial requests will be routed.
[ ] Keep the visitor's application and promised next action in the follow-up record.
