  On the floor: 400+ brands and 300+ education classes at the 104th show
  Audience: Stylists, barbers, nail techs, estheticians, salon owners, educators, brand reps and beauty-school students
  Global Image Awards: 2027 entries close November 30, 2026

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Late January 2027 — Design sign-off; station layout, screen positions and any hanging sign drawn for approval.
  February 2027 — Production, 30 to 45 days; graphics proofed against your real packaging and campaign images.
  Mid-March 2027 — Booth, fixtures and demo furniture ship to the Rosemont Exposition Services advance warehouse.
  Week of March 29, 2027 — Move-in at the Stephens Center; Purple's Chicago crew installs, powers the stations and runs the pre-show walkthrough.
  April 3–5, 2027 — Show days, Saturday to Monday; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
  April 5–6, 2027 — Dismantle after close on Monday, product packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send us your booth number and footprint from the ABS contract
  [ ] List the artists, models and demonstration schedule for all three days
  [ ] Choose the hero collection for the demo and the ranges for the shop wall
  [ ] Decide whether you will sell on the floor and how sales will be rung up
  [ ] List every tool, dryer and treatment device that needs power or water
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, campaign images and product photography to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, station layout and lighting plan
  [ ] Book hotels along River Road and plan product restocking for Sunday
