  Expo Hall hours: Thu 12:30–5 pm, Fri 10 am–5 pm, Sat 9 am–2 pm

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Late January 2027 — Design sign-off; hanging sign request filed with T3 Expo ahead of the February 8 deadline.
  February 2027 — Production in our shop; demo fixtures tested at working height with your real products.
  Mid-March 2027 — Booth ships to the T3 Expo advance warehouse for Boston.
  April 6–7, 2027 — Move-in; islands from 1 pm on April 6, general move-in from 10 am April 7; Purple's Boston crew installs and runs the pre-show walkthrough.
  April 8–10, 2027 — Show days; you take possession at noon on April 8 and a Purple project manager is on call for all three days.
  April 10, 2027 — Dismantle 2–6 pm, hall clear by 7 pm; products packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Pull booth number and footprint from the AOTA INSPIRE contract
  [ ] Choose the one everyday task your demo station will show
  [ ] List products, accessories, demo weights and working heights
  [ ] Decide whether to book an Exhibitor Sponsored Seminar slot
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering and the seated-access plan
  [ ] Tell us if your island needs a hanging sign; we file the February 8 request
  [ ] Book Seaport hotels and plan staff arrival for the April 7 move-in
