TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Late January 2027 — Design sign-off with the machine drawings and utility schedule locked; island drawings prepared for the 20-foot height rule.
  February 2027 — Production in Las Vegas or Fishkill, NY; graphics proofed with your real board samples; exhibitor appointed contractor and insurance forms filed.
  Mid-March 2027 — Booth, fixtures and crated equipment ship to the advance warehouse for Anaheim.
  Early April 2027 — Targeted move-in ahead of the April 6 opening; Purple's Southern California crew installs, powers up and runs the pre-show QA.
  April 6–8, 2027 — Show days, with a Purple project manager on call from open to close every day.
  April 8–9, 2027 — Dismantle after the Thursday close; crates counted, carriers loaded and the booth sent to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Pull booth number, hall and open sides from the IPC APEX EXPO contract
  [ ] Send machine drawings, weights, utility schedule and feeder and access-panel envelopes
  [ ] Choose the one production problem the booth answers and the sample that proves it
  [ ] Decide between a live demo, a recorded cycle or a physical sample sequence
  [ ] List boards and components to display by process stage, with quantities and spares
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, lighting plan and camera view
  [ ] Book hotels in the Anaheim Resort District and flights into John Wayne
