  Venue: San Diego Convention Center, 111 W. Harbor Drive, ground-level exhibit halls
  Last edition: 4,651 registrants in 2025, including 3,232 ophthalmologists
  Audience: Cataract, refractive, cornea and glaucoma surgeons, practice administrators, technicians and nurses
  Height rules: 25 ft for island structures and hanging signs, 8 ft in linear booths

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Mid-January 2027 — Design sign-off; island blueprints, elevations and the hanging sign drawing filed with the ASCRS Exhibits Team.
  February 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; demo counters mocked up with your device housings and lighting tested against the screens.
  Early March 2027 — Booth ships to the Freeman advance warehouse in San Diego; carpet, electrical and rigging orders placed through Freeman.
  Late March 2027 — Targeted move-in at the San Diego Convention Center; Purple's Southern California crew installs and runs the pre-show checklist.
  April 2–5, 2027 — Show days; a Purple project manager is on call in San Diego for the whole meeting.
  Close of show, April 2027 — Dismantle after the hall closes, instruments packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next meeting.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send us your booth number, hall and footprint from the ASCRS contract
  [ ] List every device you will demo with dimensions, weight, power draw and whether it needs an eyepiece view
  [ ] Choose the hero demonstration and the products that stay as display samples
  [ ] Decide whether a closed meeting room or an ASCRS Business Suite handles the administrator conversations
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, approved product claims and demo footage to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, lighting plan and observer-screen placement
  [ ] Register exhibitor badges, six per 100 square feet, and book hotels through OnPeak
  [ ] Order lead retrieval through Convention Data Services and set the post-show follow-up route
