TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Early February 2027 — Design sign-off with the demonstration format, device list and footprint fixed.
  February to mid-March 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; fixtures sized to your equipment, graphics proofed on approved assets.
  Late March 2027 — Booth ships to the advance warehouse in Dallas; device shipping coordinated with your facility.
  April 14, 2027 — Move-in at Hilton Anatole; Purple's Dallas crew installs and runs the pre-show checklist.
  April 15–17, 2027 — Exhibit days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
  April 17–18, 2027 — Dismantle, devices repacked to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send us your booth number and footprint from the ASLMS contract
  [ ] List every device with dimensions, weight, power needs and display status (displayed, simulated or operated)
  [ ] Name the demonstration format and the specialist who will run it
  [ ] Choose the featured system and the accessories that will sit beside it
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, approved indication messaging and product photography to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, the fixture drawings and the lighting plan
  [ ] Book rooms at Hilton Anatole so staff stay in the same building as the exhibits
  [ ] Plan device return shipping and secure storage for components not on display
