  Early March 2027 — Design sign-off; island, tower and hanging-sign drawings prepared for show management approval.
  Mid-March to mid-April 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; demo furniture built around your actual devices and screens.
  Late April 2027 — Booth ships to the Freeman advance warehouse in Boston; EAC form and certificate of insurance filed.
  May 14–16, 2027 — Move-in at the Menino Center; every screen and network drop tested before the EXPO opens.
  May 16–19, 2027 — EXPO open; a Purple project manager is on call throughout.
  May 19–20, 2027 — Dismantle after the EXPO closes Wednesday; devices packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Booth number, hall bay and footprint from your ATD contract
  [ ] List every device, screen and headset the demos need, with power and network requirements
  [ ] Choose the one learner task each station will demonstrate in its first minute
  [ ] Decide who presents the demo and who takes the rollout conversation at the meeting table
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette and product screenshots to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering and the hanging-sign drawing before the show management deadline
  [ ] Book rooms at the Westin Boston Seaport, connected by skybridge, or a nearby Seaport hotel
  [ ] Order lead retrieval before the early-bird deadline
