TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Early March 2027 — Design sign-off; island elevations, hanging sign and AV details drawn for show filing.
  March–April 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; graphics proofed with your approved claims and product photography.
  Late April 2027 — Booth and demo fixtures ship to the show's advance warehouse for San Diego.
  May 19–20, 2027 — Move-in; our Southern California crew installs, connects demo stations and runs the pre-show checklist.
  May 21–23, 2027 — Science & Technology Hall open; a Purple project manager is on call through the 125th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday.
  May 23–24, 2027 — Dismantle after the 3 p.m. Sunday close; instruments packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send us your AUA booth number, footprint and open sides from your space contract
  [ ] List every system and instrument with dimensions, weights and power needs
  [ ] Decide which demos run live, which run on video and which need a wired internet drop
  [ ] Separate display-only samples from products approved for hands-on handling
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, product photography and approved claims to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, lighting plan and hanging sign artwork
  [ ] Book hotel rooms at the Marriott Marquis, Manchester Grand Hyatt or in the Gaslamp Quarter
  [ ] Plan lockable overnight storage and the return shipment for instruments
