  Show hours: 10 am–5 pm Monday to Wednesday, 10 am–3 pm Thursday

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Late February 2027 — Design sign-off with equipment dimensions, weights and utilities locked; island drawings prepared for approval.
  March 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; equipment bases and camera mounts test-fitted to your envelope drawings.
  Mid-April 2027 — Booth ships to the advance warehouse in Las Vegas; EAC form and certificate of insurance filed.
  Early May 2027 — Targeted move-in; Purple's Las Vegas crew installs, routes power and data, and runs the demo checklist with your engineers.
  May 10–13, 2027 — Show days, 10 am to 5 pm and 3 pm on Thursday; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
  May 13–14, 2027 — Dismantle after the 3 pm close, equipment crated to your plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send booth number, hall and footprint from the Automate 2027 contract
  [ ] List every machine's dimensions in each operating state, weight and utility spec
  [ ] Choose the one application the demo cell will run and the part it produces
  [ ] Decide which results need a camera feed and a large screen
  [ ] Prepare a labeled sample set of tooling, end effectors or inspection parts
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
  [ ] Assign operator, host and specialist roles for the four show days
  [ ] Book hotels through OnPeak, the official Automate housing partner, and plan equipment return freight
