  Venue: Henry B. González Convention Center, 900 E Market St, 35-foot exhibit-hall ceilings
  Audience: Brewery owners, head brewers, production and packaging leads, taproom operators and CiderCon cidermakers
  Exhibit hall hours: April 5, 1–5 p.m.; April 6, 10 a.m.–5 p.m.; April 7, 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
  Co-located: CiderCon from the American Cider Association, with the World Beer Cup awards ceremony on April 7

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Late January 2027 — Design sign-off, machine list and demo plan fixed, drawings filed for any covered or multilevel structure.
  February 2027 — Production in our shop; graphics proofed against your cans, labels and brand colors.
  Mid-March 2027 — Booth, counters and product fixtures ship to the advance warehouse; your equipment freight is scheduled to the same target.
  Early April 2027 — Move-in; Purple's San Antonio crew installs, sets utilities and runs the pre-show checklist before the 1 p.m. opening on April 5.
  April 5–7, 2027 — BrewExpo America show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run, including the World Beer Cup evening.
  April 7, 2027 — Dismantle after the 3 p.m. close, equipment crated to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send the booth number and footprint from your BrewExpo America contract
  [ ] List every machine with shipping dimensions, weight, lift points and display orientation
  [ ] Decide which units run live and which are display only
  [ ] Choose the hero product and the samples you will pour or hand out
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, can and label artwork to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, the lighting plan and the utility layout
  [ ] Book rooms at the Grand Hyatt or along the River Walk
  [ ] Plan sample cold storage, restock and the return of equipment after April 7
