[ ] Keep certification and performance claims tied to supplied documentation.
[ ] Coordinate lighting with the finishes and textures that buyers will compare.
[ ] Specify comfortable meeting capacity and space for reviewing samples together.
[ ] Plan packing and protection for furniture, finishes and delicate display elements.
[ ] Create a system for recording sample requests and project-specific questions.
