TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Early March 2027 — Design sign-off; island drawings filed with DDW ahead of the March 5 deadline.
  March to early April 2027 — Production, 30 to 45 days; graphics proofed against approved claims and required text.
  Late April 2027 — Booth and demo counters ship to the Freeman advance warehouse for Washington.
  May 12–15, 2027 — Targeted move-in, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; our D.C. crew installs, powers the demo stations and runs the pre-show punch list.
  May 16–18, 2027 — Exhibit hall open 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
  May 18–20, 2027 — Dismantle, devices packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next congress.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send Purple your DDW booth number, footprint and open sides
  [ ] List demo equipment with dimensions, weights, power loads and monitor inputs
  [ ] Choose the one message the aisle should read and the specialty it speaks to
  [ ] Gather approved claims, references and required text for the evidence panels
  [ ] Decide whether a Product Theater slot will feed traffic to the booth
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette and product photography
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering and lighting plan ahead of the March 5 drawings deadline
  [ ] Book rooms at the Marriott Marquis or another downtown hotel
