TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Mid-February 2027 — Design sign-off, lighting plan approved, furniture and sample list locked.
  Late February to early April 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; graphics proofed against your real finish samples; supports built to your piece weights.
  Mid-April 2027 — Booth, vignette furniture and sample cases ship to the Las Vegas advance warehouse on one bill of lading.
  May 2–3, 2027 — Move-in; Purple's Las Vegas crew installs, levels every piece and runs the pre-show punch list while HD University runs on May 3.
  May 4–5, 2027 — Expo hall days; a Purple project manager is on call and the Las Vegas shop covers reprints overnight.
  May 5–6, 2027 — Dismantle, samples packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send Purple your booth number and footprint from the HD Expo contract
  [ ] List every furniture piece, fixture and panel with dimensions and weights
  [ ] Choose the one room setting (guestroom, lobby, bar) the vignette will show
  [ ] Pick the hero collection and the companion finishes for the sample wall
  [ ] Decide whether a lighting effect needs a controlled demo zone
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering and the lighting plan by mid-February
  [ ] Book team rooms at Mandalay Bay from move-in through the May 5 dismantle
