TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Mid-January 2027 — Design sign-off as the GES service kit releases; equipment list, weights and utility needs locked.
  February 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; graphics proofed and demo furniture test-fitted with your sample instruments.
  Early April 2027 — Booth and equipment crates ship to the GES advance warehouse for Columbus.
  April 25, 2027 — Move-in and installation by Purple's Columbus crew, with power, screens and demo stations tested before the expo opens.
  April 26–27, 2027 — Expo days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
  April 27, 2027 — Dismantle after close, instruments and equipment packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send your booth number and footprint from the HSPA contract
  [ ] List every machine, bench and tray set with dimensions and weights
  [ ] Choose the one workflow step the booth will demonstrate
  [ ] Decide whether equipment runs live or displays static
  [ ] Send logo, brand files and product photography to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering and the lighting plan
  [ ] Book rooms at the Hyatt Regency Columbus or Hilton Columbus Downtown
  [ ] Plan the reset routine and who restocks samples between demos
