  Attendance: Over 25,000 decisionmakers expected for 2027
  Audience: Owners, developers, retailers, brokers, lenders and proptech buyers
  Advance booth rate: $18.25 per sq ft for ICSC members through January 11, 2027

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Mid-March 2027 — Design sign-off; island and meeting-room drawings submitted where required.
  April 2027 — Production in Purple's shop; project graphics proofed against your approved property imagery.
  Late April 2027 — EAC form, certificate of insurance and Freeman orders filed; booth ships to the advance warehouse in Las Vegas.
  May 21–23, 2027 — Move-in; Purple's Las Vegas crew installs, levels the meeting rooms and runs the pre-show checklist.
  May 24–26, 2027 — Show days; a Purple project manager is on call and our Las Vegas shop reprints graphics overnight.
  May 26–27, 2027 — Dismantle after the hall closes; portfolio graphics packed for reuse, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send Purple your ICSC booth number, footprint and open sides from the contract
  [ ] List the teams or markets that need their own meeting table and how many appointments each expects per day
  [ ] Choose the portfolio map or hero property image for the front wall
  [ ] Decide which meetings need an enclosed room and which can happen in the open lounge
  [ ] Send approved property imagery, status labels, logo and brand palette to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, furniture list and lighting plan
  [ ] Book rooms at the Renaissance or Westgate for the team and crew
  [ ] Plan the between-appointment reset routine and who receives walk-in enquiries
