TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Mid-February 2027 — Design sign-off, machine and reel weights on the drawings, island plans submitted where required.
  March 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; reel supports and process graphics built and proofed against your real samples.
  Early to mid-April 2027 — Booth ships to the show's advance warehouse in Atlanta; machinery freight scheduled to land in the same window.
  Days before May 4, 2027 — Targeted move-in; Purple's Atlanta crew sets the machine, reels and graphics and runs the pre-show checklist.
  May 4–6, 2027 — Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
  May 6–7, 2027 — Dismantle, machinery and samples packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Pull booth number, building and footprint from the Interwire contract
  [ ] List every machine, reel and fixture with dimensions, weight and handling needs
  [ ] Choose the process stage the booth will show: input, machine, output
  [ ] Decide whether the machine runs live and what utilities it needs
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, product photography and line diagrams to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, reel supports and lighting plan
  [ ] Book hotels near International Boulevard or the Omni at CNN Center
  [ ] Plan sample handling and the return route for machinery after May 6
