TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Mid-March 2027 — Design sign-off, hanging-sign and enclosed-room drawings submitted, rights-holder artwork approval started.
  Late March to April 2027 — Production in Purple's shop; property graphics proofed against approved key art.
  Early May 2027 — Booth ships to the advance warehouse; MGM electrical, rigging and internet orders placed.
  The days before May 25, 2027 — Move-in at Mandalay Bay; Purple's Las Vegas crew installs, hangs the sign and runs the pre-show checklist.
  May 25–27, 2027 — Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
  May 27, 2027, from show close — Dismantle, samples and product packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send us your booth number, hall and footprint from the Licensing Expo contract
  [ ] List the properties on display and rank them for graphic hierarchy
  [ ] Send approved key art, brand guidelines and the rights-holder approval contacts to Purple
  [ ] Choose the licensed products and concept samples for the gallery shelves
  [ ] Decide how many simultaneous meetings the team will run and how private each needs to be
  [ ] Load the Matchmaking and Event Planner schedule so the host desk knows who is arriving
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, hanging sign and meeting-room drawings
  [ ] Book rooms at Mandalay Bay, Delano or the Luxor tram stop for the crew
