TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Early February 2027 — Design sign-off, device footprints and product list locked, EAC and insurance forms filed.
  February to mid-March 2027 — Production in Purple's shop; graphics proofed against your packaging and brand colors.
  Late March 2027 — Booth ships to the Las Vegas advance warehouse on one bill of lading.
  April 15, 2027 — Move-in and installation at Wynn Las Vegas by Purple's Las Vegas crew; devices placed, demos tested, pre-show checklist run.
  April 16–17, 2027 — Expo days; a Purple project manager is on call for both days and the Saturday happy hour.
  April 17–18, 2027 — Dismantle after the hall closes, products packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next aesthetics show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send Purple your booth number and footprint from the AmSpa contract
  [ ] List every device with dimensions, weight, power draw and consumables
  [ ] Choose the hero product and the supporting range for the display wall
  [ ] Decide whether a live, nonclinical or display-only demo runs in the booth
  [ ] Set up demo accounts and sample data for any software walkthrough
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, packaging files and product photography
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering and the lighting plan
  [ ] Book rooms at the Wynn or on the Strip and plan restocking for both expo days
