  Dates: May 22–25, 2027
  Venue: McCormick Place, North, South and Lakeside halls
  Audience: Restaurant, foodservice and hospitality professionals: owners, operators, chefs and buyers
  Included with the booth: Floor utility ports, general overhead lighting and sanitary dishwashing facilities
  Drayage planning rate: About $210 per hundredweight, 200-pound minimum

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Early March 2027 — Design sign-off, with equipment dimensions, utility loads and the sampling plan locked into the drawings.
  March to mid-April 2027 — Production in our shop; counters, refrigeration cutouts and graphics proofed against your real packaging.
  Late April 2027 — Consolidated shipment leaves for the advance warehouse in Chicago on target.
  Move-in days before May 22, 2027 — Purple's Chicago crew installs, connects to the floor ports and runs the pre-show checklist.
  May 22–25, 2027 — Show days; a Purple project manager is on call and restock storage is reset each morning.
  From close of show, May 25, 2027 — Dismantle, equipment and unused product packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send Purple your booth number, hall and footprint from the NRA Show contract
  [ ] List every piece of equipment with dimensions, weight, power and water needs
  [ ] Decide what will be cooked or sampled and how many servings per day
  [ ] Plan refrigeration, dry stock and dishwashing inside the booth footprint
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, packaging files and food photography to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, utility layout and lighting plan
  [ ] Book rooms at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place or Marriott Marquis Chicago on the skywalk
  [ ] Agree the restock route and what goes home after the last serving on May 25
