Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Standards application: $95 per application, non-refundable, one for Newtopia Now and Expo West; fee posted in 2026
- Drayage: $145.00 per cwt crated, Purple's 2026 Rosemont planning figure
- Venue parking: $20 per 24-hour period, venue garage rate posted in 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early July 2027
- Early July 2027: Design sign-off: graphics or island drawings approved, sampling plan set and every height marked for show-management approval.
- July to mid-August 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: backwall graphics, shelving, counters and island carpentry built and test-fitted.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse; booth approval, sampling and hosted-event forms filed by the 2027 kit deadlines.
- Days before September 15: Move-in; our project manager and vetted local labor install, stock the shelves and test every cooler.
- September 14–16, 2027: Community Experiences on Tuesday, then two show-floor days; your project manager stays on call.
- After the floor closes September 16: Dismantle; leftover product donated or packed, and the booth goes to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Pass New Hope's Standards review: one $95 application, active for a year, covers Newtopia Now and Expo West
- Get pre-approval for any product containing hemp or cannabinoids
- Pick a format against the 2026 kit's range: tabletop, 5×10, 10×10 or 10×20 package, or a 20×20 or 20×30 island
- Confirm whether your brand sits in Thrive, Regenerate or Glow
- Onboard products to Beacon Discovery and pick the flagship SKU for The Market
- Register buyer meetings and events on the Exhibitor Hosted Events Form
- Count samples per staffer per hour and order compostable cups, spoons and napkins
- Send Purple your logo, pack shots and wholesale sheets; pricing stays off the walls
