  Early-bird registration: Closes February 25, 2027; registration opens in November

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Early February 2027 — Design sign-off, hanging-sign and island drawings submitted, graphic proof dates locked with your MLR team.
  February–March 2027 — Production, 30 to 45 days; demo mounts built to your device dimensions; graphics proofed against approved copy.
  Late March 2027 — Booth ships to the advance warehouse for Washington, DC with labeled freight and drayage paperwork filed.
  April 12–13, 2027 — Move-in at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center; Purple's Mid-Atlantic crew installs and runs the pre-show checklist.
  April 14–18, 2027 — ONS Congress; a Purple project manager is on call and restock storage is checked each morning.
  April 18, 2027 — Dismantle, devices and remaining literature packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send us your booth number, hall and footprint from the ONS exhibit contract
  [ ] Choose the one product or program story that leads the booth
  [ ] List every device, pump or screen that will demo, with dimensions and power needs
  [ ] Send approved copy, logo and brand palette, plus your MLR approval dates
  [ ] Decide who takes advanced practice and research questions, and where they sit
  [ ] Plan printed resource categories and restock quantities per day
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, lighting plan and hanging sign
  [ ] Book rooms at the Marriott Marquis or another walking-distance hotel
