  Venue: David L. Lawrence Convention Center, 1000 Fort Duquesne Blvd, downtown Pittsburgh

  Audience: Bench chemists, lab managers, R&D and QC scientists, testing-lab and pharma directors
  Expo hours: 10 AM to 5 PM April 26 and 27; 10 AM to 3 PM April 28

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Mid-February 2027 — Design sign-off; island drawings submitted for approval where required.
  Late February to March 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY, with a bench test of your instrument, screens and demo dataset.
  Early April 2027 — Booth ships to the advance warehouse for Pittsburgh; instruments get their own labels and receiving plan.
  Move-in, ahead of April 26, 2027 — Targeted move-in; Purple's project manager installs with local labor, positions each instrument and runs the pre-show checklist.
  April 26–28, 2027 — Exposition days, 10 AM to 5 PM Monday and Tuesday and 10 AM to 3 PM Wednesday; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
  April 28–29, 2027 — Dismantle after the 3 PM close, instruments packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send Purple your booth number, footprint and neighbors from the 2027 Exhibitor List + Floor Plan
  [ ] List every instrument's dimensions, weight, utilities and operator clearance
  [ ] Choose the one sample workflow the demo will follow from prep to result
  [ ] Decide which instruments travel, which are shown with recorded operation and which stay home
  [ ] Prepare a labeled demonstration dataset for the software screen
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
  [ ] Plan sample restocking, spare accessories and the reset routine
  [ ] Book downtown Pittsburgh hotels and staff coverage for the April 26–28 expo days
