TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Mid-February 2027 — Design sign-off, equipment weights and utility list locked, island drawings submitted where required.
  Late February to March 2027 — Production in Purple's shop; machine platforms and sample furniture built to your drawings, graphics proofed.
  Early April 2027 — Booth and crated equipment ship to the Rosemont advance warehouse.
  Days before April 27, 2027 — Move-in; Purple's Chicago crew sets the equipment, levels the platforms and runs the pre-show walkthrough.
  April 27–29, 2027 — Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
  April 29–30, 2027 — Dismantle, samples and equipment packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Pull booth number and footprint from the Powder Show contract
  [ ] List every machine or component traveling, with dimensions, weights and service-access sides
  [ ] Choose the one material and process stage the booth will explain
  [ ] Decide between a live demonstration, an inactive model or looped video
  [ ] Specify sample formats, containers and who restocks them each day
  [ ] List electrical, compressed air and other utilities the display needs
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, product photography and process diagrams to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, rigging plan and lighting plan
