  Audience: General, minimally invasive, bariatric, colorectal and hepatobiliary surgeons, residents and fellows
  Exhibit hall hours: Opening Reception Tuesday 5:30–7:30 pm; Wednesday and Thursday 10 am–4 pm; breakdown starts 4 pm Thursday

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Late January 2027 — Design sign-off with equipment dimensions, weights and power needs locked into the drawings.
  February 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; demo platform test-fitted and graphics proofed with your device photography.
  Mid-March 2027 — Booth ships to the Las Vegas advance warehouse; EAC form and insurance filed with the show contractor.
  April 5–6, 2027 — Move-in at the Rio; Purple's Las Vegas crew installs, connects screens and runs the demo rehearsal before the 5:30 pm Opening Reception.
  April 6–8, 2027 — Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
  April 8–9, 2027 — Dismantle from 4:00 pm Thursday, equipment packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next meeting.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send us your SAGES booth number and footprint from the exhibitor contract
  [ ] List every piece of demo equipment with dimensions, weight, power and network needs
  [ ] Choose the one demonstration task the station will repeat all day
  [ ] Decide what visitors may handle and what stays display-only
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, product photography and approved product claims to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, screen positions and lighting plan
  [ ] Name who welcomes, who operates and who handles technical questions on the stand
  [ ] Book rooms at the Rio so staff can reach the hall without leaving the building
