  Venue: Tampa Convention Center, Level 1 and Level 3, plus JW Marriott Water Street exhibit spaces
  Last edition: 44 companies selected for Accelerator Alley in 2026, up from 18 in 2025
  Audience: USSOCOM program offices, SOF operators, international SOF delegations, prime contractors and integrators
  Exhibition hours (Level 1): May 4, 9 AM–5 PM; May 5, 9 AM–6 PM; May 6, 9 AM–2 PM

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Late February 2027 — Design sign-off, hardware fixture list locked and any covered-build drawings prepared for Tampa Fire Rescue.
  March 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; graphics proofed against your product photography and product descriptions.
  Early April 2027 — In-house electrical, rigging and internet ordered before the early-bird closes; Edlen power drawing submitted.
  Mid-April 2027 — Booth ships to the Tampa advance warehouse with margin for the Florida schedule.
  May 1–3, 2027 — Move-in; Purple's Tampa crew installs, levels the fixtures and runs the pre-show walkthrough before the May 4 opening.
  May 4–6, 2027 — Exhibition days with a Purple project manager on call; dismantle after the 2 PM close on May 6 and the booth returns to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send Purple the booth number, venue, level and footprint from the SOF Week contract
  [ ] List every hardware item with dimensions, weight, handling rules and whether it needs a locked fixture
  [ ] Choose the one-line statement of what you supply for the header
  [ ] Decide which demos run on guided screens and who leads each one
  [ ] Name the meeting host and the delegation sizes you expect at the table
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, product photography and product descriptions to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, the lighting plan and the Edlen power drawing
  [ ] Book hotels on the Water Street block and plan return shipping for the hardware
