  Venue: Indiana Convention Center, 566,600 sq ft across 11 exhibit halls
  Exhibit hall hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 18 and 19; 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on May 20
  Audience: Retail buyers, category managers, brokers, distributors and brand teams
  Booth units: Show-floor units of 8×6 and 10×10 at $49–$68 per sq ft; Supplier Showcase booths of 8×6 and 10×10

TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Early March 2027 — Design sign-off; sampling layout, refrigeration list and hanging sign locked for approval.
  March–April 2027 — Production over 30 to 45 days; graphics proofed against your actual packs.
  Late April 2027 — Booth, counters and fixtures ship to the show's advance warehouse in Indianapolis.
  Mid-May 2027 — Move-in at the Indiana Convention Center on your target date; Purple's Indianapolis crew installs, stocks the counters and runs the pre-show checklist. Supplier Showcase booths open the afternoon of May 17.
  May 18–20, 2027 — Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run. The hall closes at 1 p.m. on May 20.
  May 20–21, 2027 — Dismantle, unsold stock packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send Purple your booth number, footprint and whether you are on the main floor or in the Supplier Showcase
  [ ] Choose the hero launch and the supporting and seasonal ranges for the pack wall
  [ ] List every product that needs refrigeration, freezing or warming at the counter
  [ ] Decide whether you will enter the Most Innovative New Product Awards or the Featured Products Showcase
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, pack artwork and product photography to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, sampling layout and lighting plan
  [ ] Book rooms in a skywalk-connected hotel and plan staff shifts for three show days
  [ ] Plan sample restocking, case counts and the return of unsold stock
