TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  December 1, 2026 — TAPPI booth balance due; we lock your footprint and start concept work.
  Mid-February 2027 — Design sign-off, component weights and sample lists final, drawings prepared for the Exhibit Service Manual rules.
  Late February to March 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; graphics proofed against your real samples and brand files.
  Early April 2027 — Booth, mounts and sample furniture ship to the Indianapolis advance warehouse; app listing and forms filed before the April 1 cutoff.
  April 24–25, 2027 — Move-in with Purple's Indianapolis crew; exhibit complete before the 10:00am Monday deadline.
  April 26–28, 2027 — Show days with a Purple project manager on call, then same-day dismantle, packing and return shipping.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send your TAPPI booth number, footprint and the December 1 payment receipt to Purple
  [ ] Choose the one mill question the booth answers and the process stage it sits in
  [ ] List component dimensions, weights, viewing faces and any live-demo power needs
  [ ] Decide which paper, tissue or board samples are touch pieces and which are references
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, process diagrams and product photography
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, lighting plan and sample-furniture layout
  [ ] Book skywalk-connected hotels and staff coverage for Monday's 10:00am opening
  [ ] Plan sample restocking and the return route for equipment after April 28
