TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Late February 2027 — Design sign-off, hanging-sign and structure drawings ready for Shepard where required.
  March 2027 — Production in our shop; graphics proofed against your real textile samples.
  Mid-April 2027 — Booth, sample furniture and panels ship to the Shepard advance warehouse in Atlanta.
  Early May 2027 — Targeted move-in at the Georgia World Congress Center; Purple's Atlanta crew installs and runs the pre-show checklist.
  May 11–13, 2027 — Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
  May 13–14, 2027 — Dismantle, samples packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Pull booth number, hall and footprint from the Techtextil contract
  [ ] List the applications you want to lead with: protective, mobility, medical, filtration or building
  [ ] Send sample formats, panel sizes, weights and handling rules for each material
  [ ] Choose the hero application example and the edited comparison set
  [ ] Decide whether a coating, finishing or process demo will run in the booth
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette and macro photography of the constructions
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, the rigging plan and the lighting plan
  [ ] Book hotels on International Boulevard and plan sample restocking and returns
