TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Early February 2027 — Design sign-off; cutaway and sample-fixture geometry approved by your engineers.
  February–March 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; graphics proofed against your real samples.
  Late March 2027 — Booth, fixtures and sample cases ship to the Cleveland advance warehouse.
  By April 19, 2027 — Purple's Midwest crew installs in Hall A & B and runs the pre-show checklist before the Exhibitor & VIP Networking Reception.
  April 20–21, 2027 — Exhibits and conference; a Purple project manager is on call for both days.
  After close, April 21, 2027 — Dismantle, samples packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Pull your booth number and footprint in Hall A & B from the contract
  [ ] Pick the one or two applications your team most wants to discuss: batteries, data centers, semiconductors, aerospace or power electronics
  [ ] List sample formats, cutaway candidates and the weight of anything heavy
  [ ] Decide whether a live thermal demonstration will run and what power it needs
  [ ] Approve the test data and simulation output cleared for display
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette and product photography to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering and the lighting plan
  [ ] Book downtown Cleveland hotels within walking distance and staff the April 19 reception
