TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Late January 2027 — Design sign-off; bar layout locked around your machine specs and service sequence.
  February 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; counters, plumbing chases and graphics built and proofed.
  Mid-March 2027 — Booth ships to the advance warehouse in New Orleans; utility orders filed.
  April 6–8, 2027 — Targeted move-in; Purple's Gulf South crew installs, connects water and power and tests the bar.
  April 9–11, 2027 — Show days; a Purple project manager is on call for restocks and fixes.
  April 11–12, 2027 — Dismantle, equipment packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Pull booth number, hall and footprint from your World of Coffee contract
  [ ] List every machine, grinder and brewer with dimensions, water, drainage and power needs
  [ ] Write the demonstration and sampling sequence the bar must support
  [ ] Choose the hero coffee or product and the supporting range for the bag wall
  [ ] Decide whether you are entering the Best New Product Awards or Coffee Design Awards
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, packaging files and product photography to Purple
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering and the bar layout
  [ ] Book hotels in the Warehouse District or CBD and plan daily restocks
