TIMELINE (counted back from move-in)
  Early March 2027 — Design sign-off, platform mount engineering and the fire-prevention package for any covered or multilevel elements.
  March to mid-April 2027 — Production in Fishkill, NY; graphics proofed against your product photography and partner brand marks.
  Late April 2027 — Booth, mounts and crates ship to the advance warehouse for Miami Beach with margin for causeway delays.
  Move-in, before May 18, 2027 — Targeted move-in through the west docks; Purple's Miami Beach crew installs and runs the pre-show QA.
  May 18–20, 2027 — XPO Hall open; a Purple project manager is on call for the whole run.
  From the May 20 close — Dismantle, platforms and spares packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

CHECKLIST
  [ ] Send Purple your XPO Hall booth number, footprint and open sides from the XPONENTIAL contract
  [ ] List every platform and component you will display with dimensions, weights and mounting points
  [ ] Choose the one interface scenario the demo station will run and who presents it
  [ ] Mark which displayed items are partner hardware so labels and the system diagram stay accurate
  [ ] Send logo, brand palette, product photography and approved application imagery
  [ ] Approve the concept rendering, the mount engineering and the lighting plan
  [ ] Decide whether the booth needs a closed meeting room for program discussions
  [ ] Book crew and executive hotels at the Loews, Fontainebleau or on Washington Avenue
