This is the Privacy Policy of Itzy Holczler Inc. a/ka/ Purple Exhibits, referred to as “Purple Exhibits” or “we.”

This Privacy Policy describes the types of Personal Information (as defined below) we collect, how we may use it and with whom we may share it; how we protect your information; and your rights with respect to your Personal Information. In addition to this Privacy Policy, we may separately provide you with other specific notices regarding your Personal Information, depending on the nature of our relationship with you and the context in which we collect your Personal Information. Any such separate notice should be read in conjunction with this Privacy Policy and, to the extent there is any conflict between such separate notice and this Privacy Policy, such separate notice shall control.

The following definitions shall apply to this Privacy Policy:

“Service Provider” means any third-party entity that processes Personal Information on behalf of Purple Exhibits pursuant to a written contract that prohibits such entity from retaining, using, or disclosing the Personal Information for any purpose other than for the specific purpose of performing the services identified in such contract, unless required by applicable law. Purple Exhibits may use Service Providers for various functions, including website, application, and system development and support, customer and alumni relationship management, event management, billing and payment processing, human resources support, IT support, website and system security, data hosting and storage, financial, tax and other professional services, and marketing and promotions management.

  1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Purple Exhibits may collect and process the following categories of Personal Information about you from the sources identified as follows. Note that we may combine Personal Information collected from different sources for any of the purposes listed in Section 3, below (“Purposes for Processing and Disclosures of Personal Information”).

Communications & Event Data. We may collect Personal Information from you when you contact Purple Exhibits for any reason, such as to sign up for news, alerts, events or publications from Purple Exhibits, when you attend Purple Exhibits events, when you use a “Contact Us” or similar form to obtain further information from us via our website or otherwise, or when you download certain content. Such information may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, organizational affiliation, dietary requirements and preferences, data concerning your health and travel history (where you may be attending one of Purple Exhibits’ offices), interests, and certain other Personal Information that Purple Exhibits may use to identify you. Purple Exhibits may combine this Personal Information with data it receives from other sources, such as LinkedIn and other publicly-available sources.

Account Data. We may collect Personal Information that you provide in connection with client account set-up and management, including login ID and password, account preferences and settings, and other Personal Information concerning the account or our services that may be transmitted through the Purple Exhibits client portal.

Transaction and Payment Data. When you engage us to provide products orservices or when we engage you to provide products or services, we may require that you provide us with your contact information such as name, address, email address and telephone number; billing information such as billing name and address; or financial information such as credit card information or bank account information.

Other Service Data: We may collect your Personal Information as needed to provide our services. Such Personal Information may be provided to us by you, by our clients (as a result of your relationship with one or more of our clients), and/or via other sources, including our Service Providers and publicly available sources.

Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Device Data. Purple Exhibits’ webservers (computers that host websites) place a “cookie” (a small data file) on the hard drive of your computer when you first connect to our website.
