Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

- Extra exhibitor badges: $50 each before Feb 17, 2027; $100 from Feb 17

Key dates
- Island plans, hanging-sign blueprints, EAC notice and insurance certificate due: February 3, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early January 2027
- Early January 2027: Design sign-off; island plans, canopy and hanging-sign blueprints drawn with every laser enclosure and demo setback marked.
- By February 3, 2027: Island construction plans to the Academy, hanging-sign blueprints to Freeman and Moscone, EAC notice and certificate of insurance filed.
- January to mid-February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: enclosures, counters, Simulation Only and investigational signage, fabric graphics and lighting built and tested.
- Mid- to late February 2027: Crates ship to the Freeman advance warehouse, which accepts freight up to 30 days out; carpet, electrical and storage orders placed.
- March 15–18, 2027: Installation at Moscone with our project manager; crates empty and tagged by 2 p.m. and the booth finished by 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 18.
- March 19–22, 2027: Exhibit hall open March 19–21; dismantle from 3 p.m. Sunday, March 21, with everything packed by 5 p.m. Monday, March 22.

Checklist
- Pay the balance of your booth fee by December 9, 2026, after which cancellations earn no refund
- List every laser, light or radiofrequency device you will show, with its wavelength class and enclosure size
- Mark which products run as powered-off simulations and which are under an IDE or pending 510(k)
- Approve the island or linear design in early January so plans and the EAC notice reach AAD by February 3, 2027
- Name Purple as your exhibitor-appointed contractor so our notice and $1 million insurance certificate reach the Academy by February 3, 2027
- Register booth staff before February 17, 2027, when extra badges rise from $50 to $100
- Book rooms through the Academy's housing service before February 24, 2027
- Send MLR-approved claims, clinical images and logo files to Purple
