Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $37 per sq ft inline, $38 corner or island, 2026 rates
- Government and 501(c)(3) booth space: $30 per sq ft for a 10×10, 2026 rate
- Industry Scientific Poster: $200 per poster, 2026
- Drayage, Purple's New Orleans figure: About $155 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–2027 planning rate
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early April 2027
- Early April 2027: Design sign-off, including medical-legal review of every claim and safety statement; island plans readied for AANP approval.
- April to mid-May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30–45 days; graphics printed in house and approved copy checked against the final files.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Booth crates ship to the advance warehouse named in AANP's 2027 Exhibitor Services Kit.
- Move-in days before the hall opens: Our project manager and vetted local labor install the booth and test the demo stations.
- June 15–19, 2027: Conference week in New Orleans; our project manager is on call for every exhibit day.
- After the hall closes: Dismantle, literature and samples packed to your return plan, booth to storage or the next show.

Checklist
- Send booth number and footprint once AANP confirms your 2027 space
- Send approved claims, fair balance and safety copy for the graphics
- Decide whether to add a Product Theater or an Industry Scientific Poster
- List devices, screens and demo software with power and data needs
- Request AANP approval early for any food, drawing or CE activity
- Approve the concept rendering, meeting area and lighting plan
- Register staff and book rooms once registration opens in mid-December 2026
- Plan literature and sample restocking and the return shipment
