Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, standard: $42.40 per sq ft ($8,480 for a 10×20), 2027 rate
- Booth space, corner: $45.00 per sq ft, 2027 rate
- Booth space, island: $46.25 per sq ft ($18,500 for a 20×20), 2027 rate
- Drayage: About $175 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–27 planning figure
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-February 2027
- Mid-February 2027: Design sign-off, with your instrument list, simulation model sizes and any hanging sign marked on the drawings.
- March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: counters, task lighting, meeting pod and fabric graphics built and lit with your real devices.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse; material handling, electrical and labor orders are placed from the exhibitor kit.
- Days before May 1: Move-in; our project manager and vetted local labor install, then test every light, screen and simulation station.
- May 1–3, 2027: Exhibit hall: the Welcome Reception on May 1 from 5:15 p.m., then two full days from 9:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
- After the hall closes May 3: Dismantle; loaner instruments go back to your team and the booth goes to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Apply or log in at the AATS 2027 Exhibitor Hub and pay the company invoice
- Pick space on the 2027 floor plan; this booth earns priority points for 2028
- List every instrument, valve sizer and simulation model you will show, with sizes and power
- Decide whether you need a closed meeting pod, since AATS restricts outside meeting rooms
- File any customer event through AATS's affiliate function request, not with a hotel (2026 rules)
- Count badges: four registrations per 10×10, capped at 40
- Sign off the booth design by mid-February 2027
- Send logo, approved claims and procedure video to Purple
