Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, inline: $45 per sq ft, plus $350 per corner, 2027 rate
- Booth space, island: $48 per sq ft, 2027 rate
- Innovation Lane: $3,500 per 10×10 booth, 2027 rate

Key dates
- Island booth drawings due to ACOG Exhibits Management: March 15, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late February 2027
- January 14, 2027: ACSM space paid in full; we confirm your booth number and footprint and start the concept.
- Late February 2027: Design sign-off, so island drawings, renderings or plans reach ACOG Exhibits Management by March 15.
- March to April 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days, with graphics proofed against your regulatory review.
- Late April 2027: Booth, devices and literature ship to the Freeman advance warehouse for Los Angeles.
- May 18–20, 2027: Move-in from Tuesday 1 p.m.; our project manager and union labor install and test every station before the Thursday 5 p.m. inspection.
- May 21–22, 2027: Exhibit hall days, then dismantle from 5:30 p.m. Saturday with devices packed to your return plan.

Checklist
- Pay ACSM space in full by January 14, 2027 and send us the booth number and footprint
- List every device, test kit and screen to demo, with power and weight
- Gather approved claims, safety information and any investigational caution statement from regulatory
- Decide whether you need an enclosed consult room or a screened corner
- Book an Industry Workshop or Innovation Lane presentation if you want a theater slot
- Approve the island drawing before the March 15 deadline
- Book staff rooms through SPARGO by April 2, 2027 to earn housing priority points
- Staff the booth for the hall lunch and afternoon break both days
