ACOG 2027 booths in Los Angeles for a hall open just two days, May 21–22
Your ACOG booth gets two exhibit days and two hall lunches to reach ob-gyns, so we build a device demo that works in minutes and a quiet corner for longer questions. At the Los Angeles Convention Center Freeman serves the meeting and union decorators install, so we book both early.

What makes ACOG different, and how we build for it
ACOG calls the Annual Clinical & Scientific Meeting the country's largest meeting of obstetricians and gynecologists, and it builds the exhibit hall into the program: lunch and an afternoon refreshment break are served on the floor Friday and Saturday. In 2026 the hall also held the Industry Theaters with their Industry Workshops and Innovation Lane presentations, ACOG Central, Career Pathways with its Career Fair and Curbside Chats, and the ePoster sessions. ACOG screens what may be shown: home doppler devices and keepsake ultrasounds are barred, live scanning is not allowed, and investigational devices carry a caution statement.
A device or test they can hold, the indication and data on the wall, and a demo short enough to fit between the morning session and the exhibit hall lunch.
Hands-on time at a training station, staff who explain daily use, and education they can bring to clinic, many of them arriving from the Career Pathways area.
A seated corner away from the aisle to talk workflow, reimbursement, EHR integration and contract terms.

Inside ACOG 2027
Rules that shape your booth
ACOG does not allow scanning of human models or animals in the exhibit hall, and x-ray machines may not run at full radiographic current (2027 rules). We build ultrasound stations around recorded, approved images and hands-on control demos instead.
An approved investigational display may make only objective statements, no safety or comparative claims, must explain how to become an investigator and must carry a prominent caution statement (2027 rules). We print that statement and the investigator steps on the display.
Islands of 400 square feet or more may rise to 20 feet, solid walls sit 2 feet back from every aisle, sightlines stay open through the design, and drawings go to ACOG by March 15, 2027. We draw and file to those limits.
Giveaways must be educational or benefit patients and be modest in value; small unbranded items such as snacks are allowed below a $10 average cost, and no product may be sold in the hall (2027 rules). We design take-home education instead of merchandise.
Photos and video in the hall, even of your own booth, are limited to the official ACSM photographer, and filming another exhibitor's booth costs priority points (2027 rules). We hand you final renderings of the build, so no one on your team needs a camera on the floor.
Programs worth planning for
A featured booth type ACOG sells for 2027 at $3,500 per 10×10, separate from standard inline space; Innovation Lane presentations ran in the hall's Industry Theaters in 2026.
45-minute sponsored presentations in the exhibit hall's Industry Theaters, sold to companies as a live marketing slot; ACOG links the application from its exhibit page.
Educational activities held alongside the meeting; ACOG plans all CME itself and accepts forum applications from companies, while other satellite CME events are not allowed.
ACOG is the national ob-gyn meeting, 290+ exhibitors at the 2025 ACSM; choose it over the AUA Annual Meeting when your device, test or therapy serves women's health rather than urology. Compare every medical devices show we build for →

Four things we get right for ACOG exhibitors
1No live scans, so show the image
ACOG does not allow scanning of human models or animals in the exhibit hall, and x-ray equipment may not run at full current. We mount the ultrasound or colposcope at clinical height, loop approved images on a screen beside it and give the specialist room to walk three or four physicians through the controls.
Make room for private conversations
ACSM sessions cover fertility, menopause, pregnancy loss and mental health in ob-gyn practice, topics nobody discusses in an open aisle. In an island we build a small enclosed room set two feet back from the aisle; in an inline we screen a corner so your medical science liaison can talk quietly.
Print the investigational caution
An investigational device at ACOG may only be shown to recruit investigators, with no safety or comparative claims and the statement "Caution - Investigational Device - Limited to Investigational Use" in a prominent size. We print that line on the plinth and lay out approved indications where your regulatory team wants them.
Built for the hall lunch rush
ACOG serves the Exhibit Hall Lunch on the floor both days, from noon on Friday and from 11:45 a.m. on Saturday in 2026, plus an afternoon break. We design an open front, a fast first touchpoint and a badge scan at the corner, with a second staffed station for the longer clinical questions.

Logistics for ACOG 2027, handled
Freeman is the official service contractor for the 2027 ACSM, and the convention center is a union building where Local 831 decorators set and strike booths. General move-in opens Tuesday, May 18 at 1 p.m., islands not under construction by 10 a.m. Thursday, May 20 get contractor labor at the exhibitor's cost, and every booth is inspected at 5 p.m. that day. Purple plans Los Angeles drayage at about $175 per hundredweight. Construction for the Olympic expansion is reshaping South and West Halls, so we route crates with Freeman once your booth number is set, and the build runs under our project manager with vetted local labor.
Hall rules, drayage estimates and freight deadlines for this building are in our Los Angeles Convention Center exhibitor guide.
Hall guide
ACOG's 2027 rules name the Los Angeles Convention Center but not the hall. These are the halls this building uses, two of them reshaped by the Olympic expansion, and what each means for a women's health booth.
About 347,000 sq ft, opened in 1993; the Olympic expansion is linking it to West Hall.
Our advice: Construction can shift which dock serves a hall, so we book Freeman freight targets early and map the route for device crates before they leave Fishkill.
The older part of the campus; once linked with South Hall it becomes a single exhibit floor of over 750,000 sq ft.
Our advice: A joined hall means a long walk from the doors, so your aisle graphic carries the indication and one clear reason for an ob-gyn to stop.
A 160,000 sq ft hall completed in 1997 and used for mid-size trade shows; its access and dock routing can shift while the expansion work goes on.
Our advice: Sightlines are tighter in a mid-size hall, so we keep inline back walls to ACOG's 8-foot rear-half rule and the aisle half open.

ACOG exhibitor questions
Questions exhibitors ask us before ACOG
How much does a booth at ACOG 2027 cost?
ACOG charges $45 per square foot inline and $48 for islands in 2027, so space alone is $9,000 for a 10×20 and $19,200 for a 20×20. A Purple 10×20 rental adds $7,500 to $15,000; a custom 20×20 island runs $50,000 to $120,000. Ultrasound or point-of-care demo stations and an enclosed consult room move the number most.
What is the deadline for an ACOG 2027 island booth?
Islands of 400 square feet or more need a digital drawing, rendering or architectural plans with ACOG Exhibits Management by Monday, March 15, 2027, and space must be paid in full by January 14, 2027. We aim for design sign-off in late February so drawings go in on time and the 30 to 45 day build follows.
Can we rent a booth for ACOG, and what does a rental include?
A rental covers the structure, your custom graphics, demo counters, lighting, freight, installation and dismantle. Many women's health exhibitors rent the frame for a West Coast meeting like the ACSM and add a custom counter sized to their device, so the piece they own travels to their other clinical shows.
Can we set up our own booth at the Los Angeles Convention Center?
Booth installation at the LACC falls under Local 831's jurisdiction, so plan on union labor for the build. We book that crew inside the May 18 to 20 move-in window, our own project manager directs it, and the booth is finished for ACOG's Thursday 5 p.m. inspection.
What are the ACOG booth height and display rules?
Inline booths may reach 8 feet only on the rear half, with a 4-foot limit toward the aisle; three or more inlines combined keep that limit only within 10 feet of a neighbor. Island solid walls sit 2 feet back from the aisle with open sightlines, and the sign tops out at 20 feet. We draw your booth to these numbers.
What does drayage cost at ACOG and who pays it?
Freeman bills drayage to each exhibitor by weight for freight moved from the advance warehouse or dock to your booth. For the LACC we budget roughly $175 per hundredweight, 200 pounds minimum, as Purple's 2026–2027 planning figure. Device crates are heavy, so we weigh them before they ship and list drayage as its own line on your proposal.
How do you route ACOG 2027 freight to the right LACC hall?
The LACC exhibits in South, West and Kentia Halls, and the Olympic expansion is reshaping South and West. ACOG's 2027 rules name the building but not the hall, so once ACOG assigns your booth we plan dock access with Freeman, and your devices reach the right door on move-in day.
Can we reuse our ACOG booth at other shows?
We build in modular pieces so the same booth fits AUA, ATS and AANP with new graphics swapped in. Between shows we store it, inspect it, reprint any worn panel and ship it to the next advance warehouse, which keeps your yearly exhibit budget focused on the shows, not rebuilds.
Do you handle Freeman orders for ACOG?
We order electrical, rigging, carpet and material handling from Freeman, ship to the Freeman advance warehouse on time and track your freight through the dock. One Purple project manager owns the whole list and copies you on every order, so the booth is complete before the hall opens Friday at 11 a.m.
When is ACOG 2027?
The 2027 Annual Clinical & Scientific Meeting runs Friday, May 21 to Sunday, May 23, 2027 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The exhibit hall is open only on the first two days, Friday and Saturday.
When is the exhibit hall open at ACOG 2027?
Friday, May 21 from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday, May 22 from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., according to ACOG's 2027 exhibitor rules. Lunch and an afternoon refreshment break are served in the hall both days, and exhibitors may enter an hour before opening to restock.
How many people attend ACOG?
ACOG's 2025 ACSM Professional Attendee Profile lists 4,600+ attendees, 290+ exhibitors and 50+ countries, with the United Kingdom, Mexico, Ecuador, the Philippines and Colombia leading international attendance. Attendance for the 2027 meeting is not confirmed yet.
Is ACOG open to the public?
No. Admission to the exhibit hall is by meeting badge only, and ACOG does not offer non-exhibiting companies a walk-through. Registered attendees may bring registered children during exhibit hours, in direct adult supervision, but no one under 18 may enter during installation or dismantle.
How do we get a booth at ACOG?
Reserve space on ACOG's exhibit site run by SPARGO, Inc.; new exhibitors first send a short description of their products for approval. Booth appointments follow ACOG's priority points, earned for consecutive years exhibited, square footage, sponsorships and rooms booked through SPARGO, ACOG's official housing provider.
Before you sign with anyone
Five questions to ask any exhibit builder for ACOG:
- Is every fee on the proposal, including what the show contractor bills?
- Who builds the booth: your own shop or a subcontractor?
- Will your project manager be on the floor for install and dismantle?
- What exactly is in the rental, and what is billed by the show?
- Where does the booth go after the show, and what does storage cost?
Common situations
Already own a booth? We refresh the graphics, repair what is worn, ship it, install it and store it between shows. You keep the structure you paid for.
Exhibiting from outside the US? We are your team on the ground: freight to the advance warehouse, show-service orders, installation and storage, with one project manager answering your emails in your time zone.
Short on time? A rental with your graphics can be ready in two to three weeks. We tell you on the first call what is realistic for your date.
