Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, inline: $44.50 per sq ft, booths up to 399 sq ft, 2026 rate
- Booth space, corner: $45.50 per sq ft, 2026 rate
- Booth space, island: $42.50 per sq ft, 400 sq ft and up, flooring extra, 2026 rate
- Extra exhibitor badges: $50 each beyond four per 10×10, 2026 rate
Key dates
- Exhibitor hotel group blocks: last day to cut up to 20% of room nights without penalty: July 23, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late July 2027
- Early 2027: Space contract signed with ACS; in 2026 the College wanted space paid in full by late February, and priority points shaped placement.
- Late July 2027: Design sign-off; scaled plan and elevation drawings marked with heights, demo areas and FDA status panels, which ACS asks for even on inline booths.
- August 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30–45 days; drawings and our certificate of insurance filed by the College's deadline, and your EAC notice drafted for you to submit.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Booth crates, demo units and models ship together to the general contractor's advance warehouse; labor, rigging and flooring orders placed.
- Days before the hall opens: Move-in; our project manager and vetted San Diego labor finish the build before the College's installation cutoff and run a device check at each station.
- October 16–19, 2027: Clinical Congress runs; after the hall closes we dismantle and send the booth to storage or your next surgical meeting.

Checklist
- Confirm each product falls inside ACS's surgical-practice eligibility rule before you apply
- Collect the FDA letter and status wording for every device you plan to show
- List demo units, consoles and lasers with weights, power and any enclosure needs
- Decide whether any station uses animal tissue and draft the waste-disposal request
- Sign off the booth design in late July 2027 so drawings and the EAC notice go in on time
- Book staff rooms only through onPeak; trim any group block by July 23, 2027, when the 20% penalty-free reduction ends
- Name full-time employees for badges: four come with each 10×10 of space, extras cost $50
- Send logo, specialty video and product photography to Purple
