Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, inline: $42.50 per sq ft, plus $200 per corner, 2027 rate
- Booth space, island: $47.50 per sq ft, 2027 rate
- In-hall meeting suite: $10,000 per 20×20 with 8 ft hard walls, 2027 rate
- Drayage (Purple venue guide): About $175 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple's 2026–2027 planning rate
Key dates
- Full booth payment due to ADA: March 1, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early April 2027
- March 1, 2027: Booth space paid in full to ADA; we confirm your size and booth type and start the concept.
- Early April 2027: Design sign-off, island drawings and contractor orders prepared from the ADA exhibitor kit.
- April to mid-May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; device counters fitted and graphics printed with your approved copy.
- Late May 2027: Booth, counters and literature ship to the advance warehouse for Washington.
- Days before June 18: Move-in; our project manager and local labor install, test power and demos, and finish before the Friday reception.
- June 18–21, 2027: Show days, then dismantle after the hall closes at 2 p.m. Monday, devices packed to your return plan and the booth to storage.

Checklist
- Send us your booth number, size and type from your ADA space contract
- Pay ADA in full by March 1, 2027 and avoid changes after the December 31, 2026 cancellation cutoff
- List every device to demo with dimensions, power and connectivity needs
- Plan staffing for the 12:30–1:30 p.m. unopposed exhibit hour each day
- Decide on an in-hall Exhibitor Business Meeting Suite or an extended-hours room
- Request any ancillary event by April 16, 2027 for regular fees
- Approve the concept rendering and lighting plan by early April
- Book hotels through ADA Housing (CMR), near the convention center or the connected Marriott Marquis
