[ ] Confirm the booked AIA27 footprint, open sides and assigned space.
[ ] Choose the architectural application and the detail visitors should inspect.
[ ] Supply dimensions, weights and fixing information for every assembly.
[ ] Prepare approved product identifiers, drawings and technical resources.
[ ] Select representative physical samples for the lighting review.
[ ] Map the installed display, comparison surface and sample library.
[ ] Check moving parts, sample retrieval and staff access in the layout.
[ ] Separate reusable mockups from collection-specific graphics.
[ ] Assign responsibility for sample replenishment and display resets.
[ ] Define the handoff for a sample request or project discussion.
[ ] Obtain the required written display approval before production.
[ ] Check the 2027 service manual before confirming utilities and installation.
