Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, 10×20 inline: $9,240 advance or $10,000 standard, 2026 AMP rates
- Booth space, 20×20 island: $21,980 advance or $24,180 standard, 2026 AMP rates
- Startup/New Company Kiosk: $4,000, 2026 AMP rate, first-time exhibitors only
- Corporate Workshop: $5,750 per 50 minutes by April 24, 2026; $6,350 after
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-July 2027
- Mid-July 2027: Design sign-off, with every height marked against AMP's 16-foot island and 8-foot inline limits.
- Late July to early August 2027: Booth layout drawing, hanging sign included, to AMP Show Management; in 2026 island drawings were due August 3.
- August to September 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: instrument counters, data walls and fabric graphics; contractor notice and insurance filed.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse; carpet, electrical and lead retrieval ordered through the official services contractor.
- Move-in days before the Expo Hall opens: Our project manager and local labor install, test instrument power and screens, and clear every crate from the aisle.
- November 9–13, 2027: AMP 2027 in Baltimore; after the Expo Hall closes we dismantle, never early, and ship to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Join AMP's initial onsite booth draw for 2027 space, with the 25% deposit the 2026 cycle required
- Count your loyalty credits from AMP 2026 exhibiting and sponsorship
- Sign off the design by mid-July 2027 so the layout drawing reaches AMP early
- List every instrument with its weight, footprint, power draw and network needs
- Book a Corporate Workshop or Innovation Spotlight slot as soon as AMP opens them
- Keep giveaways under AMP's $10 limit and useful to lab work
- Book hotels only through AMP's official housing block
- Send logos, validation data and approved claims copy to Purple
