Prepare the resident and operator use case.

[ ] Confirm the Colorado Convention Center booth assignment and open sides.
[ ] Use June 16–17 as the exposition dates in the booth operating plan.
[ ] Choose the property-management problem the first demonstration will address.
[ ] List full-size products, samples, devices and their dimensions.
[ ] Describe any moving doors, drawers or other operating elements.
[ ] Define demonstration duration and the number of visitors who can participate comfortably.
[ ] Prepare a content and connectivity plan, including a useful fallback.
[ ] Separate quick discovery conversations from scheduled operator meetings.
[ ] Decide how samples will be organized and retrieved during a discussion.
[ ] Include secure staff storage and charging needs in the plan.
[ ] Provide product graphics that connect features to a clear multifamily application.
[ ] Define how staff will record a visitor’s property context and requested follow-up.
